What We Do
Service Innovation: We work with your teams to create sustainable business based on long- term and human centered vision. We ask questions, identify issues, empathize, innovate/ improve the value and experience you offer your customers.
Instruction: We provide workshops that range from a half day to two days to allow you to roll up your sleeves and experience what service design is all about. Workshops can be set up within your company or will be held in public venues with open registration from time to time. If you are interested in a workshop, please send us an email. How We Do It
Context: We begin with a process of discovery to understand the current situation and what you are trying to achieve.
Connect: We connect ideas and insights in order to imagine new scenarios and innovative systems for you to co-create value with your stakeholders. We move you closer to your vision and help create new business models. Create: We help design and build the product/service system, develop service blueprints, and design the business systems that support the product/service system. Collaborate: Our entire process is collaborative, but we can also collaborate with you to go to market and start co-creating value with customers. The process continues in an iterative manner to continually examine your business within the context of changing market and social conditions. |
